Policy
Deposit
All color and treatment services for new and existing clients require a minimum of $50 deposit.
This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment your deposit will be moved to your next appointment as long as you give us 48 hours notice.
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation
Our stylists’ time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:

Less than 24 hours in advance—50% of the cost of services booked

No-shows—100% of the cost of services booked
